The forensic files programs innuendo is Earl Bramblett was
a child molester. The reason he bought the recorder and made
the tapes was to prove he had done nothing to the children.
Winter Hodges, the eleven year old, ran around in
panties when Earl came over. Teresa or Blaine never told her to put
more clothes on or stay in her room when dressed like that.
When Earl would be over talking to them,
Winter would be standing on her head while wearing
a dress or sitting with her legs spread and the parents never corrected her.
This behavior is why Bramblett thought the parents were
conspiring with police to get him to do something
to Winter and be arrested. Most paranoia has some basis and Bramblett's did.
The Forensic Files program recounted all the lies Keesee and Lynch made up.
Forensic Files didn't check for accuracy.
Bramblett was paranoid with good reason. Since the two girls
went missing in 1977 the police had waited for a chance to find something
they could pin on Bramblett. That's why Barry Keesee went immediately toBramblett's
workplace, Brewco Sign Company, the morning of the crime. Keesee couldn't find any evidence
that Bramblett had anything to do with the. murders, and
lied to get Bramblett. Even went so far as telling the jail house snitch what
to say, asking the firearms expert to lie, and the old lady
to amend her testimony so it would sound Like it was Bramblett's truck.
Forensic Files didn't interview these individuals.
Bramblett
was correct in this statement except for the fact he knew the police
would lie about anything to do with him. When Bramblett was arrested in
Spartansburg, South Carolina two years after the murders of the Hodges
and one year before his trial, this is what he told the Roanoke Times reporter
Diane Strussi,
"I have very
little faith in the police in Virginia.
It is not what I have to hide.
It is a
question
as to what I have to fear, and I fear crooked police."
Little did he know at that
time how prophetic those words would be
and how much he had to
fear. Barry Keesee fulfilled that prophecy
by killing Earl Bramblett
with lies and perjury.
Compare this picture with lawyers and their clients on TV, the Peterson case
or the Kobe Bryant trial. Here, they are giving body language they
want nothing to do with Bramblett. These two Incompetents,
Mac Doubles and Terry Grimes, should never have been appointed
for a Capital Murder case. Their motive was to get as much money from
the Commonwealth of Virginia as the law would allow, and they did.
This was the best client either lawyer ever had. They threw Bramblett to the wolves.
There are dozens of fingerprints the police never tested,
there was a clump of hair never tested, a palm print never found
who it belonged to, shoe prints same story, bloody shirt that was
never tested, two stab wounds On Blaine Hodges' body that the
coroner didn't report. This was not an investigation of murder,
this was a preconceived decision thatBramblett committed the crime.
Nothing else was considered. Wasser,the Executive Producer of Forensic Files
said he was aware of my web site. His interest in truth didn't extend to
contacting me. He joins the others, Keesee, Burkart, Lynch
in telling any lie to make the story better.
